Can I exchange a product?

If you want to exchange a product you purchased for a different product from our store, please email us at [email protected] with a brief explanation of why you'd like to make the exchange. The product you wish to return must be unopened and unused to avoid any risk of contamination.

Once we review your request, we'll provide you with a return label and guide you through the next steps to complete the process.

You will receive a refund in the form of store credit in the equivalent value of the sum paid for the product. No cash refunds are issued.

You can use the store credit to purchase a different product from our store.
